SLEEP, SUCH AN INEVITABLE ACT.

Sleep, as we all know, is very necessary and inevitable, but there is more to it than what we think. Let’s get to know what this silent action can do not just to our bodies but also to our nerves.

When we sleep, our bodies rests from the days work and prepare for the next day, simultaneously, our organs are working.

While sleeping, we burn more calories than when we are awake hereby strengthening the nerve cells. The brain also takes a little bit of rest making your senses dull to avoid disturbance, which is why we are a little bit wiggly when we wake up.

Even with these advantages, sleep can cause a lot of trouble. If we oversleep our brains becomes duller and it’ll start processing information at the exact speed of a snail. This is really bad and also our nerves and senses would be to weak and at this point we become useless, both to ourselves and the society at large. This is the reason why scientist said that sleep is recommended 8hours a day

Now we know both the advantages and disadvantages of sleep, we should make sure we sleep at the right time and our bodies would thank us for it.
